Q.What does the consult cost?

Nothing. The 30-minute call is free. If we both decide to move forward, we send a written scope with pricing for your review — you sign nothing on the call.

Q.What if you can't help me?

We'll tell you on the call and refer you to someone who can. We've sent referrals to specialty recruiters, career counselors, and other firms when our model wasn't the right match.

Q.What's the difference between the two tiers?

Volume is LinkedIn and Dice quick-apply: fast applications, $50 or $100 a month. 1:1 Quality is a specialist on fewer, better-targeted applications, $250 or $400 a month. Resume optimization is $150 once if you want the rewrite without the monthly plan. Volume does not include the specialist plan.

Q.How fast can we start?

1:1 Quality engagements typically kick off within 5 business days of a signed scope. Volume, and single-service work such as the $150 resume, often start the same week.

Q.Do you guarantee placements?

No. We do not guarantee a job, an interview, or an offer. On monthly plans the guarantee is: Satisfaction or you don't pay the next month. A month already paid is not refunded.

Q.Are you hiring specialists?

Sometimes. We hire experienced recruiters and operations folks; we don't hire "career coaches" off LinkedIn. If you're interested, mention it in your message and we'll route appropriately.

Q.Is my information confidential?

Yes. We don't share client data. Engagements are covered by a mutual NDA. If you're job-searching while employed, we never contact your current employer or list you publicly anywhere.
